The hotel signs on arrival and logs it against your reference. Your parcel waits in secure storage, and your pass updates to “At your hotel”.

No. Partner hotels give the smoothest experience, but if yours hasn't joined yet we contact them, confirm they'll accept your delivery, and they still receive their share of the fee. Most say yes within a day.
Change the delivery date free of charge up to the moment your parcel ships. After that we can hold it, reroute it to a new hotel, or return it home for the cost of carriage.
Seven days before check-in is comfortable for most destinations. We'll show exact cut-off dates for your hotel at checkout, and your pass tracks the parcel the whole way.
Anything a courier won't carry: aerosols over 500ml, loose lithium batteries, perishable food, cash and restricted goods. The full list appears before you pay, not after.
A share of every delivery fee, paid monthly, plus a free scanner app that logs receipt, storage and release. Hotels do the holding, we do everything else.
Your pass lives in your email and your account, so it's hard to truly lose. If anything looks wrong, reception can verify you against the booking name and photo ID instead.
